About St. John

The Virgin Islands are group of islands located about 60 miles to the east of Puerto Rico. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the north and the Caribbean Sea to the south, the Virgin Islands enjoy warm tropical temperatures year round. The United States Virgin Islands are made up of three main islands, St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. St. John is the smallest of the three islands by size and population. Three quarters of St. John is owned and maintained by the Virgin Islands National Park. The National Park is home to some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and filled with numerous trails.
